The day has FINALLY came….we leave like now!!!!
As soon as my boyfriend comes home, changes, grabs his sunglasses and hauls the one bag we’re bringing we hit the road!
417 days have come and gone! Some more quickly…some so painstakingly slow we wished like hell we’d booked earlier. But it’s here and it feels glorious. We’ve earned this vacation, with my new promotion and the way we’ve been working, this vacation has now turned into a celebration. We’re gonna have a blast!!! It’s here!!!
Today I ‘dolled’ myself up in preparation for this cruise! I went for a manicure, pedicure, haircut and I bought a full set of gel nails!!!! I felt like in some way, regardless of the awesome cruise we’re going on, I needed to treat myself. My own private celebation for all my hard work these last 7 months.
I earned this vacation and it’s gonna be a good one. Toodle Loo. Hasta la Pasta. Chow Mein noodles! I’ll write when we return!
